By using joinrrn.com, the Hope Wall, and related services (the “Services”) operated by Refined Recovery Network LLC (“RRN”), you agree to these Terms.

No Emergency Use

The Services are not monitored 24/7 and must not be used to report emergencies or situations involving immediate danger. If you are in crisis or danger, call 911 or contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

Not Professional Advice or Treatment

RRN is a faith-based, peer recovery ministry — not a licensed clinical, medical, mental-health, or legal provider. The Services do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, professional counseling, or legal advice, and using them does not create a counseling, clinical, medical, or attorney-client relationship.

User-Generated Content

Stories and other content are submitted by community members. They are self-reported and not independently verified. RRN does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any submission. You are responsible for what you submit.

Prohibited Content

Do not identify, name, or make accusations against other individuals, businesses, or organizations.
Do not post personally identifiable medical information.
Do not post military operational details (units, deployment dates, base locations, operational information).
Do not post unlawful, harassing, threatening, or false content.
You must be 18 or older to submit a story.

Moderation Rights

We may review, edit, anonymize, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, with or without notice.

To report content that violates these Terms, email info@joinrrn.com.

Giving

Any charitable giving is processed through the ministry under the 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsorship of Eagle Summit Ministries and is never paid directly to individuals featured on the Hope Wall. We make no representation regarding the tax treatment of any gift; consult your tax advisor.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RRN and Eagle Summit Ministries are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRN, Eagle Summit Ministries, and their volunteers from claims arising out of content you submit or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
